You can now pay your hospital bill online.
Hospital Charges:
Your bill reflects all of the services you receive during your stay. Charges fall into two categories: a basic daily rate, which includes your room, meals, nursing care, housekeeping, telephone and television; and charges for special services, which include items your physician orders for you such as X-rays or laboratory tests. You may receive a billing statement in the mail. This statement lets you know that your hospital charges have been forwarded to your insurance company for review and reimbursement.
Professional Fees:
Physician services are billed separately. You will receive a bill from your obstetrician and a bill from your baby's pediatrician. You also may receive a bill for professional fees for interpretation of certain lab tests and/or a bill from your anesthesiologist.

If you have any further concerns about billing and/or payments, call (312) 926-6900 or (800) 845-9028. An automated telephone line is available 24 hours a day and a representative is available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you have questions about a bill not issued by Northwestern Memorial, please contact the individual or group listed on that particular bill.
