Language / Communication Services

We provide language services and communication aids free of charge. Please contact the Patient Representative Department (312) 926-3112 for assistance.

Pastoral Services
Chapels are located in the Prentice Women's Hospital, 3rd floor and in the Feinberg Pavilion, 2nd floor.

In the Feinberg Pavilion Chapel, interfaith worship services are held every Friday at 12:30 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m.

Chaplains are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to all who desire spiritual support. Call (312) 926-2028 to speak to a representative.

Discount Lodging
In partnership with many downtown hotels, Northwestern Memorial assists relatives or friends visiting a patient with finding short-term, discounted accommodations. Call (312) 926-ROOM (7666) for details.
